Yes, you must have an appointment to see a medical provider. 85 HOPE functions similarly to any other doctor's office where patients are seen by appointment only. 85 HOPE does not offer walk-in clinic services.

As soon as you complete your intake appointment and are determined to be eligible for care,  you will be scheduled to see the doctor as soon as possible. You will typically be seen by the provider within 2 - 3 weeks after your initial intake and approval as a patient.

85 HOPE offers dental and optometry referrals for our regular medical patients ONLY. After you become a patient and see an 85 HOPE provider, we can refer you to a dentist or eye doctor depending upon your needs. 85 HOPE has resources to assist with and/or cover the cost for these referrals.

No. Our patients must be ages 18-64.

85 HOPE has a small pharmacy on site. There are times when a patient will need to get their medication at a different pharmacy. Financial assistance or vouchers can help cover the cost of a medication at an outside pharmacy. There are times 85 Hope will assist patients to apply for programs through the pharmaceutical companies or obtain medications through the Kroger Pharmacy.

No. If you become an 85 HOPE client, 85 HOPE becomes your primary care provider (family doctor). You will no longer see your previous family doctor while you are a client at 85 HOPE.

​You may have a job and be a patient at 85 HOPE. Eligibility is based household number and income according to current Federal Poverty Levels.

85 HOPE hosts free Pap parties every other year (even years). This service is free to any woman in Wabash County ages 21-64. We also offer orders for free mammograms to any woman in Wabash County ages 40-64.

An 85 HOPE provider may order lab work or radiology testing as part of your care. All lab and radiology testing for 85 HOPE must be done at Parkview Wabash Hospital.  Lab and radiology costs for 85 HOPE clients are free at Parkview Wabash Hospital.
